Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Pierre founded Nuvini in November 2019 with a vision to build Latin America's premier B2B SaaS acquisition platform. Previously, he established Bossanova Investimentos (2011-2019), Brazil's first pre-seed investment firm, overseeing 600+ startup investments. He co-founded Experience Club, Brazil's largest B2B networking organization, and held business development roles at StarMedia, Latin America's leading internet portal in its early days.

Roberto brings 15+ years of corporate finance and capital markets experience across Latin America and the USA. He served as CFO of Eurofarma's international operations spanning 23 countries, and directed M&A initiatives at Arco Platform (Nasdaq-listed ed-tech). His decade at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Executive Director included leading Latin American equity research and participating in 20+ IPOs totaling $4+ billion.

He founded and scaled a Brazilian software company that was later acquired by a French software group and subsequently by Constellation Software. His focus areas include budgeting discipline, EBITDA expansion, and AI-driven operational initiatives.
